We are a competent organisation that has been in the busness for over 40 years and can offer a professional service to companies that are serious about electrical plant, safety, health, environment and quality (SHEQ) management systems in order to manage their risk effectively.

We are also able to assist in on-line real-time monitoring of data so that our clients can stay informed on a 24 hour basis

Attie has been used by IRCA exclusively as a consultant from 1996 and in 2001 was Operations Manager for Behavior-Based Safety Implementation at Anglo Platinum Group. He was also contracted as Risk management consultant by Konkola and Mopani copper mines in Zambia where he conducted due diligence audits, accident investigations using root cause analysis and health and safety training.

In 2005 Attie was seconded to Anglo Platinum Head office to work as Projects Safety Manager and started to contract on a fixed term, directly to Anglo Platinum in 2007 as the Western Limb Mining Projects Safety Manager specializing in project reviews and risk.

MOTUMISI MODISE completed his matric in 1997. In 1998 he went to Moremogolo Technical College to study motor mechanics and completed his National Technical Certificates 1 and 2. He acquired an apprenticeship with ISCOR now known as Kumba Resources as a Fitter where he completed in 1992 and achieved his National Certificates 3; 4 and 5 at Kathu Technical College.

In 1995 he was appointed as a Health and Safety Officer in the mine. Since 1996 he attended several Health and Safety courses such as Safety Management Training Course (SAMTRAC), ITIS Course and License, Modern SHEQ/Risk Management (cum-laude) Accredited CAP Audit Techniques, Fundamentals of Risk Assessment, Supervisors Safety Training, Intensive Fire Training, Legal Liability and Mine and Health Safety Act, Training for SHE Consultants SEP-Serfontein, Training in Behaviour Based Safety JJ Keller & Associates, SPS Virginia USA,  and; later started his studies in National Certificate in Health and Safety Management.

He Also worked as S&H Manager at Anglo American Platinum in the Capital projects division an has been involved in multy-million dollar expansion projects
